厚米娱乐 ("Homie", "we", "us") operates the website www.hom1e.com and the Discord applications listed below (each, an "App"), which provide a gaming-companion and community-entertainment service to members of our Discord community.
This policy explains what personal data the Apps and the website collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. Contact: discord.houmiyule@gmail.com.

We do not read direct messages between other users, we do not read messages in servers we have not been invited to, and we do not use message content for advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning models.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Information you choose to make visible inside the community (your display name, avatar, and your position on public leaderboards or in public order announcements) is visible to other members of that Discord server.
Our members are located worldwide and our servers may be located outside your country. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy.
Access to production systems is restricted to authorised operators, traffic to our website is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and payment credentials never reach our systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email discord.houmiyule@gmail.com from the email address on your account, or send a direct message to our staff, and include your Discord user ID. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we may need to retain certain transaction records where the law requires it.
You can also stop most data collection at any time by removing our App from your server, or by leaving the server. Removing the App stops all further collection of Discord data about you.
Our service is not directed to children. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country to use Discord, and you must be at least 18 years old to use any paid feature of our service. If we learn that we have collected data from someone below the applicable minimum age, we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change, and material changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.

我们的成员分布在全球，服务器可能位于您所在国家／地区之外。发生跨境传输时，我们会采取措施使数据继续受到与本政策一致的保护。
生产系统仅限授权运维人员访问，网站流量采用 HTTPS 加密传输，支付凭证不会进入我们的系统。任何在线服务都无法保证绝对安全，但我们持续采取措施防止未经授权的访问、丢失与滥用。
依据您所在地区的法律，您可能有权访问、更正、导出或删除您的个人数据，反对或限制特定处理活动，并向数据保护主管机关投诉。

本服务不面向儿童。您需要满足 Discord 在您所在国家／地区的最低年龄要求方可使用 Discord；使用本服务的任何付费功能须年满 18 周岁。若我们发现收集了低于适用最低年龄者的数据，将予以删除。
我们可能不定期更新本政策。页面顶部的"最近更新"日期会随之变化，重大变更将在我们的 Discord 服务器内公告。变更生效后继续使用服务，即表示您接受更新后的政策。
