1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.hom1e.com and of the Discord applications operated by 厚米娱乐 ("Homie", "we", "us"), including 厚米娘管家 and 厚米娘管家二号 (each, an "App"; together with the website, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your use of Discord itself is separately governed by the Discord Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms overrides them. Homie is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country to use Discord and the Apps. You must be at least 18 years old to use any paid feature of the Service, including top-ups, orders, gifts and withdrawals. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you where you live.

3. The Service

Homie is a community entertainment platform. Members can find gaming companions, place and receive orders, participate in community events, and send and receive in-service rewards. Features are provided as-is and may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time.

4. Your account

You access the Service through your Discord account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your Discord credentials secure. You may not sell, rent, or transfer your account, and you may not create multiple accounts to obtain rewards or promotional credit more than once.

5. Payments and in-service balance

The Service uses an in-service balance to record top-ups, earnings, gifts and promotional credit. Balance is a record of your entitlement within the Service. It is not legal tender, not a bank deposit, and not a security or investment product, and it accrues no interest.
Different kinds of balance carry different rights. In particular, promotional and gift credit granted by us may be usable only for spending inside the Service and may not be withdrawable. The applicable rules are shown at the point where the balance is granted or spent.
Top-ups are processed by third-party payment providers, whose own terms apply to the payment transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity checks, any applicable minimum amount and processing time, and to our review for fraud and abuse. We will tell you the applicable conditions before you submit a request.
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, completed top-ups and completed orders are final. If you believe a transaction is incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time and we will investigate.
Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of the affected balance.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate or endanger anyone;
post or transmit sexually explicit content involving minors, or any content that violates the Discord Community Guidelines;
exploit bugs, automate interactions, use unauthorised clients or scripts, or otherwise manipulate orders, rewards, leaderboards or promotional credit;
use the Service for money laundering, for real-money gambling, or to convert funds in a way that is not a genuine use of the Service;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or disrupt, overload or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

We may remove content, cancel orders, reverse balance movements obtained through abuse, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the App from your server, leaving our Discord server, or asking us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Service or other members. Where your account is closed without a breach on your side, any withdrawable balance remains payable to you, subject to our normal withdrawal checks.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular companion, order or event will be available.

Interactions between members are between those members. We are not a party to arrangements members make with each other outside the Service, and we do not control the conduct of members.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of the rights of a third party.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change and material changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

您对 Discord 本身的使用另受 Discord 服务条款约束，本条款不构成对其的替代或减损。厚米娱乐与 Discord Inc. 无隶属、认可或赞助关系。

二、使用资格

您需满足 Discord 在您所在国家／地区的最低年龄要求方可使用 Discord 与本应用。使用本服务的任何付费功能（含充值、下单、赠送与提现）须年满 18 周岁。您应自行遵守您所在地适用的法律。

三、服务内容

厚米是一个社区娱乐平台。成员可以寻找陪玩、下单与接单、参与社区活动、收发站内奖励。各项功能按现状提供，我们可能随时新增、变更或下线。

四、您的账号

您通过 Discord 账号使用本服务。您对账号下发生的一切行为负责，并应妥善保管 Discord 凭证。不得出售、出租或转让账号，不得为重复获取奖励或活动额度而注册多个账号。

五、支付与站内余额

本服务以站内余额记录充值、收益、赠送与活动额度。余额是您在本服务内权益的记录，不是法定货币、不是银行存款、不是证券或投资产品，且不产生利息。
不同类型的余额权利不同。特别是我们发放的活动与赠送额度可能仅限站内消费、不可提现。具体规则在余额发放或消费的相应界面中列明。
充值由第三方支付服务商处理，该笔支付交易同时适用其自身条款。
提现申请须通过身份核验、满足适用的最低金额与处理时限，并接受我们的反欺诈与反滥用审核。提交前我们会告知适用条件。
除适用法律要求退款的情形外，已完成的充值与已完成的订单为最终交易。如您认为某笔交易有误，请在合理期限内联系我们，我们会进行核查。
未先行联系我们即发起拒付或支付撤销的，可能导致账号被暂停并丧失相关余额。

六、可接受使用

您同意不得：

将本服务用于任何违法目的，或用于骚扰、威胁、欺诈、冒充他人或危害他人安全；
发布或传播涉及未成年人的色情内容，或任何违反 Discord 社区准则的内容；
利用漏洞、自动化脚本、非授权客户端，或以其他方式操纵订单、奖励、榜单或活动额度；
将本服务用于洗钱、真钱赌博，或以非真实使用本服务的方式转移资金；
试图未经授权访问我们的系统，或干扰、超载、逆向工程本服务的任何部分。

对于违反本条款的行为，我们可以删除内容、取消订单、回退通过滥用获得的余额变动，并暂停或终止相关账号。

七、内容

您提交的内容归您所有。提交即表示您授予我们非独占、全球范围、免版税的许可，允许我们为运营与推广本服务之目的托管、存储、复制与展示该内容。您确认您拥有授予该许可所必需的权利。

八、隐私

我们对个人数据的处理见隐私政策，该政策构成本条款的组成部分。

九、暂停与终止

您可随时停止使用本服务：将本应用移出您的服务器、退出我们的 Discord 服务器，或要求我们注销您的账号。若您违反本条款、法律要求，或为保护本服务及其他成员之必要，我们可暂停或终止您的访问。在非因您违约而关闭账号的情形下，您的可提现余额在通过常规提现审核后仍应支付给您。

十、免责声明

本服务按"现状"与"现有"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作任何明示或默示的保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性与不侵权。我们不保证服务不中断、无错误，也不保证特定陪玩、订单或活动一定可用。

成员之间的互动属于成员之间的事务。对于成员在本服务之外自行达成的安排，我们不是当事方，也不控制成员的行为。

十一、责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或利润、数据、商誉损失承担责任。我们因本服务产生或与之相关的全部累计责任，以下列两者中较高者为限：(a) 索赔事由发生前十二个月内您向我们支付的金额；(b) 100 美元。法律规定不可排除的责任不受本条限制。

十二、赔偿

因您使用本服务、您的内容，或您违反本条款或第三方权利而产生的索赔、损害与费用，您同意向我们作出赔偿并使我们免受损失。

十三、条款变更

我们可能更新本条款。"最近更新"日期会随之变化，重大变更将在我们的 Discord 服务器内公告。变更生效后继续使用本服务，即表示您接受更新后的条款。
